1. Reservations

Booking Confirmation:

Reservations can be made via phone, email, or our online platform.
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from MOC.
Advance Booking: Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.

Credit Card Guarantee:

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
The card will not be charged at the time of booking.
However, in the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the reservation time or a no-show, MOC reserves the right to charge RM350 nett per person.

Group Reservations:

For parties of 6 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Standard Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount. Group Reservations: Cancellations for group bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Late Arrival Policy

We hold reservations for a grace period of 15 minutes. After this period, we may release the table to other guests to maintain service efficiency.

4. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Guests are encouraged to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs.

5. Dress Code

Smart casual attire is required. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests not adhering to the dress code.

6. Children Policy

Children are welcome; however, we do not provide children's menu. Parents are responsible for supervising their children to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

7. Corkage Fee

A corkage fee of RM180 per bottle applies for guests who wish to bring their own wine.

8. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, QR payments, and cash.
